Watermelon Juice
We all love watermelons, don’t we? They can be combined with a number of other fruits to prepare interesting new fruit salads and juices. When chilled, watermelon tastes heavenly and divine. It has cooling properties which instantly refreshes you no matter how exhausted you are feeling. When it comes to watermelon juice, you can simply have it plain or spice it up with different herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon
- 1Bunch of Mint Leaves.
- Rock Salt
- Chaat Masala
- 1 Small Bowl of Ice Cubes
How To Prepare?
- Peel the watermelon. De-seed it and chop it roughly.
- Watermelon is mostly water and the consistency is as such that you do not need to add water.
- Blend well.
- Pour the juice into a glass.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and add salt to taste.
- Garnish with mint leaves. You can even crush a few mint leaves along with the juice itself.
