Ingredients
- 1 kg Roughly Chopped Ripe Tomatoes
- ½ Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar (it is added to balance the natural acidity of the tomatoes)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
How To Prepare?
- Put all the ingredients in a non-stick pan.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Cook uncovered until mixture becomes completely soupy. This will take up to 25 minutes.
- Cool the soup and store it in a container.
- It can be stored for almost a week in the refrigerator.
