The Curvy Mango
Mango is known as the king of fruits and we certainly do not need any reason to have it. Although it is high in calories, a mango is still loaded with plenty of nutrients which add to our health.
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Sized Alphonso Mangoes or any other Sweet variety that you prefer.
- Half Cup Jaggery (optional)
- Ice Cubes
How To Prepare?
- Wash the mangoes.
- Peel them and roughly chop into small pieces.
- Put them in a blender and blend till you get a smooth pulp.
- If the pulp isn’t sweet enough, add jaggery to it and give it a final blend.
- You can even add milk.
- Lastly, you can add ice cubes or refrigerate the juice itself, however, you like!
