Super healthy Beetroot
You have to definitely try this if you have low hemoglobin. For a more yummy drink, you may even blend ginger, lemon, and mint with the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients
- One small Beetroot
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Teaspoons of Sugar (optional)
- 1 Glass Chilled Water
How To Prepare?
- Wash both the vegetables.
- Peel the carrots and beetroot.
- Roughly chop them into cube-shaped pieces.
- Put them together in a juicer.
- Crush until you get a fine liquid.
- Add sugar accordingly if the juice is not sweet enough. (I always prefer my juice to be mildly sweet)
- Add water. You may skip this part if you prefer a thick consistency.
- Strain the juice before transferring it to a serving glass.
- Stir well and consume it immediately to retain all the nutrients within the juice.
