Can I Get A Flawless Skin?

Your face is a projection of your lifestyle. Thus, it becomes essential to take proper care of it. The first step to skin care is determining your skin type. Our skin is divided into three types: oily, dry and normal. Some people have an oily T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) than the rest of the face.

Once you know the type of your skin, you can take good care of it.

Drink as much water as you can.

It will keep your skin feeling lively and fresh. You may even consume fresh fruit/vegetable juice.

Yogurt

Yogurt is an excellent antioxidant. Have a small bowl of yogurt at least with one of your meals.

The 3 Skin Care Rules-Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing!

Cleansing:

Use a face wash according to your skin type. Tiny dust particles get collected on the skin which blocks the pores and gives rise to pimples. Make a habit of washing your face, whenever you come from outside.

Toning:

Toning basically means massaging your skin with a face cream so that all its nutrients get absorbed by the skin. Skin toners can be found at a cosmetic store. You may consult the store keeper who will guide you with the current trends and best alternative for your skin type.

Moisturizing:

It is of utmost importance when it comes to skin care. Apply a good quality moisturizer every two hours over your face, neck, hands, elbows and feet. Water based moisturizers are good for all types of skin. They provide deep nourishment to your skin cells without making your skin look oily.

Eat healthy.

Whatever you eat will show up on your face at the end of the day. Fast food is the worst enemy of your skin. If you are a fast food lover your face will definitely turn dull and pale, sooner or later. So give up on junk food as fast as you can and notice a visible difference in the texture and look of your skin.

Sleep well.

A good night’s sleep adds a natural glow to your face making it look more fresh and alive. 8 hours of sleep is ideally considered good for the system to get refreshed and function well the next day. But keep in mind, never sleep with your makeup on. No matter how tired you are, take some time and clean your face with a lotion. Makeup layers restrict the skin cells from breathing which give rise to pores and pimples.

Follow these steps and get the skin you have always dreamt off!
